Motivul pentru care Dwayne Johnson a refuzat să fie gazda premiilor Emmy în 2022: „A fost doar o chestie de protocol”
Ceremonia premiilor Emmy de anul acesta va avea loc în septembrie, iar ca orice eveniment de acest gen, este nevoie de o gazdă. Potrivit ultimelor declarații, actorul Dwayne Johnson a fost întrebat dacă dorește să îndeplinească această funcție, însă starul din „Fast and Furious” a refuzat.
În timp ce își promova noul film „League of Super-Pets ”, actorul în vârstă de 50 de ani a declarat pentru Entertainment Tonight că a fost abordat de organizatorii premiilor Emmy pentru a găzdui spectacolul, însă a refuzat.
„Am fost cu adevărat onorat când au venit la mine și m-au întrebat, dar a fost doar o chestie de protocol”, a declarat Dwayne Johnson. „Asta e tot. La asta se rezumă cu adevărat.”
O sursă a mai declarat pentru Entertainment Tonight că actorul „se află în mijlocul turneului său și se pregătește pentru filmările producției sale de comedie, care vor avea loc în toamna aceasta”.
Premiile Emmy vor fi difuzate pe 12 septembrie, într-o transmisie live de trei ore.
